• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund or credit will be provided for cancellations or early departure.  所有已繳費用一概不設退款或轉讓。參加者如取消或提早離開，恕不退還任何學費。

• Room types are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 房型需視乎供應情況而定，先到先得。

• Participants are fully responsible for checking and fulfilling all travel and visa requirements for entering Thailand, and for holding valid travel documents throughout the trip. 參加者有責任自行查閱及符合所有前往泰國之入境及簽證要求，並確保整個行程期間持有有效旅遊證件。

• We strongly recommend that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance (including medical coverage, trip cancellation, and personal belongings). 建議參加者自行購買合適之旅遊保險（包括醫療保障、行程取消及個人物品保障等）。
