Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the class start time via online booking system or the mobile application without incurring a deduction on package or suspension of the booking privilege.  No cancellation on voice mail/ message/ whatsapp or email will be accepted.
取消預約：請在課堂二十四小時前通過網上預約系統取消預約。缺席已預約的課堂，電腦系統將會以一堂計算。恕不接受電話/語音/電郵/口頭取消。
