Purpose of Travel Extension Policy for Class Packages
This policy exists to offer students a fair and transparent process for extending their class package validity due to travel. This extension is a goodwill accommodation, not a standard entitlement. All requests are subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
A package extension on the grounds of travel may be considered if the student meets all of the following conditions:
- The student holds an active class package with remaining classes at the time of the request
- The travel period falls within the current package validity dates
- All required documents are submitted within the specified window
Required Documentation
To verify travel, students must submit both of the following:
1. Outbound boarding pass — must clearly show the student's full name and the departure date (year/month/day)
2. Return boarding pass — must clearly show the student's full name and the return date (year/month/day)
Booking confirmations, itineraries, e-tickets, or screenshots of travel apps will not be accepted as verification. Only actual boarding passes are accepted.
Submission Window
- Documents must be submitted within 14 days after the return date of the trip.
- Submissions made before the trip, or more than 14 days after returning, will not be accepted.
- Late submissions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of studio management, and are not guaranteed.
Extension Duration
- The approved extension will be equal to the actual number of travel days (from outbound departure to return arrival), up to a maximum of 30 days.
- Extensions beyond 30 days will not be granted regardless of travel duration.
- The extension period begins from the original package expiry date.
How to Submit
Please whatsapp your boarding passes to (852) 6810-2092 with the subject line:
"Travel Extension Request – [Your Name] – [Return Date]"
Our team will process your request within 5 business days of receiving complete documentation.
Important Notes
- The studio reserves the right to decline any extension request that does not meet the above criteria.
- Abuse of this policy (e.g. submission of falsified documents) will result in immediate cancellation of the package without refund.
旅遊延期政策目的 (課程套餐適用)
本政策旨在為學員提供一個公平透明的申請流程,以便因旅遊原因延長課程套餐的有效期。此延期為本studio的善意安排,並非固定權利。所有申請均須符合以下條件方可受理。
申請資格
如學員符合以下所有條件,方可就旅遊原因申請套餐延期:

申請時,學員持有仍在有效期內且尚有剩餘課堂的課程套餐

旅遊期間須在現有套餐的有效期範圍內

所有所需文件須在指定時限內提交
所需文件
為核實旅遊紀錄,學員須同時提交以下兩項文件:

去程登機證 — 須清晰顯示學員全名及出發日期(年/月/日)

回程登機證 — 須清晰顯示學員全名及返港日期(年/月/日)
訂位確認書、行程單、電子機票或旅遊應用程式截圖均不接受作為核實文件,僅接受實際登機證。
提交時限

文件須於回程日期後14天內提交。

出發前提交,或回程後逾14天提交,將不予受理。

逾期提交的申請將由studio管理層酌情考慮,並不保證獲批。
延期期限

獲批的延期天數將以實際旅遊天數為準(由去程出發日至回程抵達日計算),最多不超過30天。

無論旅遊時長,一律不批准超過30天的延期申請。

延期由原套餐到期日起計算。
提交方式
請將登機證以 WhatsApp 發送至 (852) 6810-2092,並在訊息中註明:
「旅遊延期申請 – 【您的姓名】 – 【回程日期】」
我們的團隊將在收到完整文件後 5個工作天內 處理您的申請。
重要事項

本studio保留拒絕任何不符合上述條件的延期申請之權利。

如有濫用本政策的行為(例如提交偽造文件),相關課程套餐將被即時取消且不予退款。
